Acceptance

By using Relay, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

Permitted use

You may use Relay to download files that you are legally entitled to access. You are responsible for the URLs, credentials, request headers, destinations, and downloaded content you use with the application.

Prohibited use

You may not use Relay to violate law, copyright, access controls, contracts, or the rights of others; to distribute harmful content; or to interfere with networks and services.

Remote services

Downloads depend on remote hosts, network conditions, permissions, and support for HTTP features. Relay cannot guarantee that a host remains available, accepts byte-range requests, or permits a transfer to resume.

Files and credentials

You are responsible for protecting downloaded files and deciding whether to store credentials. Keep backups of important files. Removing a record or partial transfer may permanently delete associated local data when that option is selected.

Availability and changes

Relay is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may change as the product is maintained. Availability and pricing are shown in the Microsoft Store.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IAM_DEV is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of Relay, failed transfers, remote content, or loss of data.
